The volumes may not be there to pick up 30million in the short term. But with around 400,000+ shares a day being traded lately, you could pick up a sizable chunk in a few weeks without pushing the price up or raising too much attention.

People have been rushing to get out before the price drops too much, so they've been selling for what they can get. But someones been buying them up? Are they pro Fas or anti Fas? is it a group, or individuals.

It'll be interesting to see what happens next and if there will be an EGM at all.
