Not too busy to think about it but I'm tired of the scaremongering.
Global temps have risen slowly for a long time but not much and we've coped so far.
CO2 levels have been much higher in the past.
Sea levels have been steadily rising at a similar rate for the last 2000 years or so after a big jump when we came out of the last ice age.
We're approaching the end of the normal warming cycle and the biggest risk to humanity would be another ice age not a couple of more degrees warming.
The forces that drive our climate long term are massive ie the sun, earths orbit and inclination, and volcanoes etc and will continue to go in whatever direction nature takes it with or without our consent.
There are more pressing needs we should be concentrating on.
Land clearing, land degredation, pollution, water contamination, energy efficiency, cleaning up the oceans, you name it.
The global warming scam is doing much more harm than good, it is sucking up all money and attention whilst the other immediate things listed above are not being dealt with.
