And for the loopholers that try to get around the tax by transferring houses to their spouse or kids, we could make the tax applicable per household, not per individual. The revenue from those taxes could be used in many ways e.g. to pay more to those nurses etc in the health and aged care industries. This is a great idea if I may say so myself.
