its time to trade the range

CBH 39.5 cents is trading at a premium to PEM.

i think its time to take advantage of this and starting building up the PEM stock.

$1.03 is really cheap for PEM in my opinion.

regardless of PEM being as high as $5.20 last year.

PEM at $1.03 is money for jam, downside limited with the CBH merger. take advantage of the short term swings.
