I also think that by Mr Flanagan mentioning the possibility of dividends , that got some other funds/people interested.
They have now done their due diligence in the last few days & liked what they saw.
Also the increase in stake hold from UBS by 1% , small that it is , also reassures investors.
About bloody time anyways that we got a boost !!!!
