When you have held as long as some of us and the company at this point has some of the best assets its had for a long time and the SP has been hit almost as hard as the GFC then you have to wonder if management are in fact acting in the best interest for shareholders.
I'm afraid SP is a direct reflection of their actions so yes to an extent they are responsible for the SP.
