I was hoping for answers today, but the dump today made me wonder, is the said deal just a fake. Is the said deal not going to really happen.
I have tried to understand the document and am really unclear as to when the offer will lapse if they havent aquired their 50% of shares. Clearly they havent, I think its about 5.9% even Hendersons that committed some 9 million shares has been selling elsewhere.........I dont like this at all
Why hasnt some of the big shareholders shown their hand of intention. Even if they wont sell for this figure, where is some sort of comment.
