I think it's time the Board delivered a comprehensive statement to shareholders. Regardless of our position on the 45c offer, regardless of whether we are short-term shareholders, arbitageurs, or long suffering long-term shareholders we need some full information from the company we have supported as to the state of play. No more BS stories through the AFR, no more BS interviews, no more BS rumours, it's time for proper disclosure so that we can work out the true risk-reward. We are owed that. Otherwise, we have to appeal to that toothless tiger ASIC. But at least we would have made a statement.
Let's have a proper disclosure!
