It's over sadly it will be mothballed, you really think that if it was a great deal they would have this long getting the money. These countries accept all the investment and then they will probably nationalise the resource. My advice is if your up take the money and run. There isnt a lot left to squeeze out of this baby. Sorry for being blunt but you have to look at the real picture. You will never get .45c.
