IMO you are wrong Pandev, the price was reduced because Hanlong could reduce it, the situation at the time was a nice excuse that could be used. No one would pay a cent more for an acquisition than they thought they needed to, not Hanlong, not BHP, not anyone.

The tables haven't turned. For the tables to turn, SDL needs to find more negotiating power. The mere fact that SDL continues down the path with Hanlong shows that no tables have turned at all, the situation remains the same.

Bottom line is - 45c will cut the mustard with the majority of shareholders. It's funny reading statements like, "45c isn't going to cut the mustard," it's almost as if you believe what you think is of some consequence to the outcome here. It's not. You're simply along for the ride.
