Iam not familar with the logistics of where the Kar strike is in relation to land and the infrastructure to deliver the oil to the refinery and associated costs, which all impact on the price.
The $1.70 you have proposed is based on one strike and to be honest there is a number of high level prospects especially with the gas stacked/layered. Then on block 120 we know there is oil it's the volume that has to be detailed.
As you have rightly said we will be coming off a low base and it won't take much to fly past $1.70 should they hit gas on block 105. Then you will have the impact of the flow on effect going into block 120. Exciting times to say the least.
