People here have been talking about the 'smart money closing their shorts' since $4. this is going to below $3 where it is likely to remain for a while. The mining boom has peaked and FMG is a pure play IO, Extremely high levels of debt, slowing Chinese demand... a 7% drop in the AUD has had absolutely no impact on investors perceptions about this stock.
very bearish short term. hoping for a china-rebound so I can sell out at a 10-15% loss.
