Unless placing is to a potential partner which would benefit them (to have the sp lower as they will get more shares for their $$$'s) rather than ADO as it means ADO is diluted with higher amount of shares issued for the same capital received..

Doesnt make any sense for it to be held down for a CR imvho... im pretty sure GC is not stupid enough to let that happen... more sense is to push sp up and hold it at all time highs and do the CR so less dilution is achieved.. GC is has always been this way inclined as can be seen by the last CR which was just enough raised to fund the patent applications venture ..

who cares if a CR occurs if its for a JV that will benefit ADO in the short term??... GC and his team have managed this who area exceptionally well over the years... why would it change now???

However if a CR occurs for a reason other than that would benefit ADO in the short term .. then thats a red flag.. but i rate that as about as good a chance as me surfing Noosa by myself on the next cyclone swell!!!

Its very clear that games are being played to hold it down in this 18-20c range.. even blind freddy can see that.. reason for it ?? we will only find out as the year plays out..
