Based on my own research and discussions with various knowledgeable people, I would suggest that it is the release of the sound pressure results and decibels readings, that, if as positive as we hope, will send the SH into "orbit". The only other anns that could have as positive an effect would be confirmation of demo dates for the majors, and negotiations with one or more majors following that.
