From memory P-Fuel is not listed but they were thinking of doing a IPO.
BSN was giving funds to P-Fuel to currently assist with development and once P-Fuel listed they were to be given the opportunity to buy in.
Also from memory I think M Walker via some Co he was involved wit, had dealings with BSN.
Also from memory one of the current directors in VTX was a director ?? in BSN but only for a very short amount of time.
IMO....Seems to be a lot of connections, but still could mean nothing at the end of the day
Note all this is only speculation on my part DYOR.....Who know's what VTX may have in mind
