re: its about time Well the dividend is just a couple of weeks away and I do know that the company paid down 100 mil in debt. That means a higher credit rating so lower cost of borrowing an more importantly, higher ROE and higer cash flow to equity holders. I wouldn't be surprised to see a fifty (.50) cent div yoy 2006-2007.
