Oz,I was of the same view, I think the board pre-empted this by finding a new MD.
Hindsight's a wonderful thing,but surely someone of his experience should have been there at the beginning?
If this,is the case, is the SER board to blame for this monumental cockup,in the first place?

I can happily vote against the remuneration report,but has the problem been solved?,if it has ,what purpose would it serve?

I could expand on this,but I'm keeping my own council on the matter.
