I agree re RM, however the Board must be held to account for their apparent ineptitude, they definitely took their eyes off the "what we have to do now" ball (if they were ever on it), they have made no sacrifices to help the company that we are aware of, offered no reasons for their apparent failure in their oversight of the company, they have not explained their lack of management of the commissioning of the Production Plant and RM is still
a/answerable to them and
b/under their direction.
Sorry,but in my opinion times up!

Other Boards in the current climate have reduced their numbers, forfeited or reduced their payments and actually gone back into the company's workplace to save money and turn things around.

As for SER that is another issue, and perhaps GL's removal speaks to their feelings.... I have my own thoughts re SER but this not the place for them and as I am not a holder I will keep them to myself

As for the VXL Board Its Time for a reckoning.....

I will be at the AGM and I will have questions to which I expect answers not PC waffle
