I wouldn't even be concerned if management plays it as if they no longer wish to continue talks, in order to reach their old/new target. A very good example of this is how Foxconn played it during their takeover of sharp.
It's not really the tactics that we shareholders should be concerned about, it's how big the numbers are on the contract. We're just along for the ride, hoping that management is smart enough. With what everyone is saying about Dr. Paul Wotton, then let's hope he really is as good as everyone claims he is.
