To be totally honest.. the value is in the eye of the beholder so as a shareholder most of us think of a higher value...however the market is generally the most accurate measure...i concur with your comments regarding a start up would increase value.For my valuation of PAN i am not really factoring in the copper or cobalt value as they are merely by products of the nickel production...but as a by note i feel the price of copper is the determining factor for the price of most other metals....but i am hopeful of a start up of PAN operations in the very near future...cheers
