    Yes it is close. But first need to announce
    Revised offtake agreement.
    Project financing.
    Maybe need more of a fall in Ni stockpiles and increased confidence that the Ni price will hold. (If not for PAN then for the bankers.)
    There has been exploration mooted in the last quarterly report. Has this begun?
