Off take agreement would not necessarily inhibit start up i would think. (need to get some product accumulated).
Project financing covered in cap raise.
Ni price up and stable, copper up and cobalt up.
Exploration near Savanna also included in cap raise.
Exploration planned in 2018 included Frog hollow, Wilson and Dave hill. (no news on this but would think it has started given the average wet season).
Latest Euroz conference presentation had 8 year mine life with excellent future exploration potential.
Panoramic is debt free.., Why appease bankers??

Just my one sided thoughts and hopes..., Being a long term holder from Sally Malay days.

Also I am very curious as to whether there is any "Graphite "on Panoramics tenements around Savanna as they have "adjoining" tenements with "Hexagon resources" (HXG) who seem to be doing very well with their discovery.
