"agree with you but my timing was always MARCH 24 setting up , production late 24" You can't say it was ALWAYS this when the mill (which is only the last of many mills) was bought back in 2021 and supposed to be operating in the first half of 2024.

Now if you mean when they announced back in around May of 2023 that the mill would be "delivered" before the end of 2023 it seems slightly odd that they would get it delivered 4 months before the intended to "set up" but if March 2024 is the intended time for "setting up" why aren't we, the shareholders of the JV partner whose entire income is dependent on the mill being built, being informed in March 2024 that setting up has commenced? Why wasn't that part of the quarterly report issued just 6 weeks ago?

As for the NT government funds - remember back in 2021 when they announced they were supporting the establishment of a processing hub ERM was championing?

Or back in 2019 when it put money into refurbishing the Warrego Mill the ERM JV partner at the time Territory resources?

The funny thing about those mill funding announcements (along with other ERM related government grants) is that the NT Government wanted people to know that they are funding these projects so they can get credit for helping to create jobs - can you point to the announcement on this latest funding of a mill that is just a matter of months away from going into production?
