IMO its time that EXM stopped drilling for awhile and started to plan how they are to get the resource they have out of the ground, then put that plan into action and get it out and on sale.
The revenue gained could then allow them to recommence drilling to upgrade the resource, this would then leviate the need to raise additional cash for drilling.
Any new monies raised via share placement should only be used to get current resource out of the ground and on sale
