Dhuy, I think you are overreacting to the posts. I haven't been following this forum for long, but have not noticed anything to suggest joy in others' misfortune in the last day or so from blueballs. His posts have been very informative. You should look beyond the fact that he's not interested in acquiring a property portfolio. The most balanced viewpoints in any situation are often provided by those who are not involved. They are able to view objectively from both sides.
I for one appreciate having my eyes opened to contrarian views.
