Trouble is IQ ever since life got easy is the one single metric that can predict greater than average monetary reward into the future..this a solid metric too...IQ is it for thee modern day human if resource gathering.
Now IQ cannot predict how great your life will be, in fact the higher the IQ the higher the emotional instability and the higher the lack of insight, this means the easier it is for such people to believe in weird things or do and participate in weird things or to partake in amoral activities seemingly without conscience..so IQ is no panacea.
Ipso IQ is but 20% of the battle there is also a huge cognitive area running right alongside that comprises the other 80% of what it means to be a conscious human.
More or less average IQ + good identity and reality scores....means a high functioning and emotionally fulfilling life will be had and rarely does it get better than that.
