What is going to make the next 12 months different from the past year, FID is dependant on the vanadium price which continues to stagnate. I really thought EPA approval would overcome our current inertia and develop some momentum towards progressing mining. IMO we could still be years away, assuming the vanadium price even improves in the mean time...GLTHs
