Everybody is talking about vanadium prices stagnating and not moving. IMO when China and Russia are swapping apples for oranges it makes no difference to them what the price is and they will continue to suppress it to hurt the western World.
The west needs to develop their own parameters for a supply/demand measure in order to challenge this imparity. of course we need the development to drive supply and that all takes time. Leasing options has been floated before and I'm not qualified to evaluate that option, It would obviously involve firm commitments from financiers to be confident of a long term viability. Just my thoughts Maybe I'm way off the mark...
