I think you will find that Alan Doyle and Sylvania mgt have some history together and that the plan will be for Sylvania to have a big say in mgt. It would not surprise me to see Platinum Ventures (Doyles co. and 50% holder of the Pt tenements with GAU) try and make its shares more liquid by swapping its holding for shares in GAU or Sylvania (obviously subject to shareholder approval). Maybe before then we might get Pt JORC resource and more drill results.
