Spot on gg, i checked the Balance sheet. See Note 16. The payout amount of $14.949 mill is under Deferred consideration, Trade and other payables.
So it has been fully disclosed and it is higher than most thought.
Makeithot was pretty well right.
So this amount is in the mix when refinancing comes up. I think refinancing may well be a combination loan and placement.
