If the funds are due in within 12 months they would be listed as a current liability. I can't see those funds due on the financials or any note about them listed either. So it is more interesting to know if NAB has frozen the cash. I doubt it or else they would have no cash to run the business.
Management need to come and set the record straight on a few things I feel.
