The caption you highlighted is present in all prospectus of SAS. And it is Law that every company list all and any likely upsets despite true risk level to the public to ensure everyone is aware of the risks associated prior to them investing.
The movement of SAS has many real risks associated with it. This technology does not exist yet, it's a field that in 30 years time we will either look back and go "WOW.. that turned out alright" as we sit back in our yacht in the Caribbean sipping Pina coladas... or we'll still be playing the stock market cursing that our little fish fell prey to the sharks.
