Once the sale is completed and the dividend is announced there will be an influx of buyers looking for the dividend. A similar situation occurred on JRL following the partial sale of its major asset and subsequent 55c ff div. Until the div was announced formally it won't get the widespread coverage and there will be some doubt in the market place (which you are understandably voicing).
