ivanhoe canada soars to all time high

Ivanhoe Canada shares closed at $ 17.35 after an
intraday high of 17.46 which I believe is an all time high
certainly a 52 week high. Most of the activity was in the last 2 hours into the close so we can expect this to continue next week. The cause is probably the speculation about possible approaches to the company from Rio, BHP, Chinalco,Shenhua(spelling)& other interested parties. If the Oyu Tolgoi copper/gold resource plus Entree extensions equals the Freeport McMoran Grasberg(?) New Guinea deposit then the sp is due for re valuation. The price movement doesn't just seem to be just a daytrader thing as we see on HC with momentary junior favourites.
