Agree Zempheth, I purchased some IVAN shares on NYSE a couple of weeks ago and they will become SES. Also looked at Quantumscape, I am no expert and could be completely wrong but my feeling was SES have more upside than Quantamscape and seem closer to having a commercial product, I trust the DD that IVAN did in selecting SES. Always some risk when buying SPAC shares they they will drop as soon as listed so I only purchased a small bundle and may get some more once SES is listed,
