The Ivanhoe SPAC units are priced only slightly above 10 usd. Can someone tell me why this is so?
From what I read each units gives you one third of a warrant, whereas each warrant allows the acquisition of one SES share at 11.25 usd within five years.
I don’t understand why the price of Ivan units which contain a share and 1/3 of a warrant would only be priced at 10.2 whereas the share alone is 9.8 or sth like that. Appreciate any advice.
