earlier today I made a post about this point.

What we need clarified is are they permitted to creep to 22.98% by virtue of increasing their holding 3% from where it stood yesterday;

OR

Is it complicated by the fact that their holding was diluted to less than 20% earlier this morning when the notice of the placement stock to SinTang was issued;

AND

as a result they would only be allowed to increase their holding back up to 19.99% and then wait another 6 months before being allowed to creep a further 3%.

I think that the legal eagles need to look at this position.
