    As long as he doesn't come out with a scrip for scrip offer, it may be Okay.

    The way IVA is structured with Friedman owning about 80% of the Company, I would not be involved with it at all.

    I have been involved with something like that before, and it has costed me dearly.
    Once bitten twice shy, as far as I am concerned!!!!!!
