I find 'Fisherman's Friend" a brilliant throat soother, not medical just helps to stop the irritation, buy from Woolies etc
Also have you tried Ivermectin, not pushing it but despite all the massive advertising aimed at it there are still no actual denouncement of it's ability as a virus treatment and also for long Covid
