one might not be able to do much at all if it just keeps on the slide

and also - don't trust if one is thinking one is 'getting better' -------- it can turn on you then too

Yep good advice. So many middle age people dying suddenly of heart attacks and strokes. We all know its vax related but proving it is impossible.

If no aspirin which I believe works wonders then the new series 4 Apple watch with the ecg feature plus notification seems like a great investment.
