I tend to agree with you and have similarly entered a position. I think the market underestimates how truly global this stock is. Two things do worry me though and that is: (1) the translation impact of a weakening GBP; and (2) short-term outflows from any of its European FUM e.g. UK property funds freezing redemptions, although not exactly the same space still affects sentiment.

Hopefully we will get more colour on the 28th July (next result date).
