RE: The Salmat business that they recently acquired. They have cut the pay to the 'walkers' as much as 63%. Contractors would receive $28 for folding and delivering 3 catalogues to 241 homes. They now get $13 for the same work. 3.5 hrs work for $13 - obviously tax free because at those rates no one would earn enough in a year to pay tax.
