There appears to be a number of similar size competitors in the industry (e.g. IPMG, etc) and a lot of smaller ones (Opus Group, etc).
Opus Group is a listed company and seems to just had a major restructure done. Revenue is around $58m so a lot less compared to IVE.
BlueStar started out as a mail house business and in the past year or so, started to diversify their business to other areas (retail display, branded promotional products and creative print & digital design). Apparently branded promo product is a $1.5b industry in Australia. Don't know about the retail display and other things, but I would imagine they're quite big as well.
I was informed that they made 5 acquisitions on FY2015 and the earnings from those would be fully realised on FY2016 which explains why the numbers are higher.
Thoughts?
