He said that when he plus his directors & superiors above him have evaluated the company & the situation they are in then they will make an announcement to the market & put a vote to the creditors, if it goes that way & I asked him do the shareholders get a vote in that also & he said not normally, but he did say recapitilize before he said liquidation & I said I just hope that the smaller investors/shareholders don't get screwed on this & he said he can understand my frustration especially when you are told that you are in line with making your milestones for the year & next thing VA he said that will be looking at all that.
