Albo promised to bring the voice to a referendum prior to last election, creates a open question which is nonsense, when questioned he states the answers in the Carma Langton Report. When it is found out on pg 17 of the Carma Langton report states the voice can be enacted by legislation he changes course on the legitamacy of the Carma Langton report.
