cheapprice: I do NOT think that you "have missed the train" here. I originally bought NWE shares at OVER 30c! It took me a long time to average down to a reasonably low entry level....
I believe that any shareprice below 10c will look LOW IF (note the big letter IF) NWE will perform as some/most of us holders do expect...
