That's just garbage Scott. You're suggesting the NIAA don't crunch data. You're also suggesting that the Voice WILL be able to crunch data. Who's going to do it? What will be THEIR budget? You're also suggesting that crunching data will necessarily lower the cost, rather than increasing it. If the advice of the Voice is to increase funding, it will cost MORE Scott.
