    Quote:-

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”

Never thought I'd be applying this to some elements within the Liberal Party. But it pertains equally well, to the Labor Party, the Greens, the moronic elements in the Senate, blocking everything - sabotaging Australia. And, above all, to the huge Red Army out there - the almost exclusively Leftist mass media - who have WON this vile "hate Abbott" campaign - and worse - the shreiking, hate filled Twitterers and Bloggers.

Yes, Treachery - with a vengeance. And spiteful vicious organised hate. ABC and Fairfax now estatically crowing. HUGE audience ovation for the Abbott assassination on Q&A I believe.

Thanks Tony Abbott - the PM we voted for. Great job - well done. His achievements, so hugely difficult, after the Labor inherited mess, Turnbull and his mate Julie Bishop will now coast in on - take credit for all this modest man's great effort. (MY thoughts on Julie Bishop, since this coup, unpublishable.)
Hoping there's consolation - in some historic precedents - for Mr. Abbott - and his family - who can look back down the aeons of history - and know, as some consolation, seeing, so often in life, sadly more often than not, that evil in so many circumstances DOES triumph, and sadly good men are brought down. Goodness and humility being seen as some sin - by the vile hate-filled - and evil.

At least Mr. Abbott can depart this bloodied despicable scene- with his head held high - with CLASS - and with the respect of millions. Even the usual non-political people I know are hugely outraged at his treatment.

But what does it say of Australia - IMO - we're becoming totally and quickly morally bankrupt - and in so many areas of life.
