just a quick reiteration of a paragraph from the above report about the PRICIPLE study in the UK that looked at the impact of whether ivermectin use could be repurposed to help moderate covid symptoms.

The researchers conclude that ivermectin should not be prescribed as a treatment for COVID-19 in such populations and recommend against conducting further trials on ivermectin for this purpose. "
seems quite scientific to me. You conduct a study, find that use of ivermectin didn't translate into clinically meaningfulbenefits or imptovements in longer-ter health outcomes. And recommend against its use.
and then some ornery critter obsessed with IVM use and who didn't participate in the study, says it was anti-science. but will promote videos produced that are designed to persuade viewers to a certain point of view.
