Here's a fascinating video of the experience in a Canadian nursing home where they had a scabies outbreak and treated the upper floors with a full ivernmectin dose and the lower floors to half that dose. It turned into a perfect double blind study with amazing results.
This was after just one tablet for each patient and a time elapse before the virus hit the nursing home.
The upper floor had no virus infections among the residents but the staff were badly affected.
